We are committed to build a marketplace to drive a positive experience for all users. To support this, kolligate has a reward program which benefits Job Seekers who
demonstrate positive behaviors like showing up on time for shifts, causing no cancellations, regularly completing shifts etc. This reward program provides
Job Seekers the opportunity to earn more than what they get paid for the shift. We believe this program will help with our objective.

Signup: Complete your profile and set yourself available for at least 8 days in a calendar month. When you complete your first shift,
you will earn $30 reward

Shift Completion: For every successfully completed shift, earn a reward of $15

Background Check: When you complete this process, your shift completion reward will increase to $20 per shift.
Additionally, the first 3 shifts you complete after Background Check will get you a reward of $25 per shift extra

Monthly Shifts: Complete 4 shifts in a calendar month to get a bonus reward of one extra shift completed.
($15 with no background check and $20 with background check)

No Cancellation: Complete 5 shifts without any cancellations and get $25 reward

Permanent Hiring: You can be hired for part-time/full-time employment by a Job Poster with whom you have worked in the last 12 months. When you get an employment offer from a Dental Office, you can notify kolligate to earn a $100 reward certificate.

Referrals: You can share your referral code with a friend and when they complete all steps mentioned in the Signup point mentioned above, you will earn a $10 reward certificate and your friend will earn an extra reward of $5.
To claim your rewards, you can submit a request through Help and Support page from your profile by selecting “Rewards” from the dropdown. Please provide all necessary details in the text box.
*All users are expected to disclose their earnings to the IRS while filing taxes. All rewards are gift certificates and are subject to taxation.
